Return Policy

We accept returns on all magnets returned to us in original and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees incurred by Magnet City, Inc greater than the flat rate charged are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
